As a new business operating in the rapidly evolving AI space, Intelligence Assist faced several challenges typical of startups, but with added complexity. Janey's business did not fit the conventional mold of a product-based or consumer-based startup. Instead, it functioned as a service provider, uniquely positioned to understand and cater to the nuanced needs of other businesses. This positioning required a tailored approach to everything from legal structure to operational workflows. One of the primary challenges was managing the legal and administrative aspects of the business. The overwhelming volume of tasks, including updating CRM systems, responding to emails, and managing scheduling, demanded effective solutions, and navigating these without a robust legal framework in place could have been detrimental.
