Lawpath’s Retainer Program is for 12 months (Term). The terms of the program, billing and service are detailed in the proposal. We will provide you with a 3-month trial period to ensure the program is the right fit for you.

Lawpath’s retainer program provides a customised level of legal services provided by a lawyer. The program provides dedicated support and tailored legal strategies that yield the best results for your specific circumstances. Our cost-effective legal plans are based on online services and products accessed through our software platform.

You may cancel your program at the conclusion of the three-month trial period. Upon cancellation, your program will automatically cease at the end of the three-month trial period. If you don’t cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be required to pay the remainder of the fees payable under the 12-month term.
