Yes. With LAP+ you have your own dedicated lawyer who builds a real understanding of your business — your industry, your goals, your history. No more explaining your situation from scratch every call. If your dedicated lawyer is unavailable for an urgent matter, another senior Lawpath lawyer can cover — but they’ll have full context from your shared notes.

Legal Advice Plan consultations are 30 minutes. Legal Advice Plus consultations are up to 60 minutes, giving you and your dedicated lawyer enough time to work through complex issues in depth – not just scratch the surface.

Legal Advice Plus members have direct email access to their dedicated lawyer for urgent questions and follow-up between calls. Your lawyer will respond within two business days, often sooner.

Legal Advice Plan includes verbal contract reviews during your 30-minute consultation — your lawyer reviews the contract live on the call and provides oral advice only. Legal Advice Plus includes 4 separate written contract reviews per year, where your dedicated lawyer reviews the document in their own time and provides a detailed written summary of their findings and recommendations.

The plan covers all general commercial matters relating to your business but excludes questions relating to personal, family, criminal, pre-litigation and litigation disputes, franchise, not-for-profit, strata, residential property, international law, patent, tax or migration matters.

Document and letter drafting and/or the dictation of clauses is not available as part of the legal advice consultations. However, these legal services are available as an additional service from your lawyer.

Each year your plan includes 5 professionally drafted legal documents from our curated list of 26 documents. You can use them however works best for your business — whether that’s 5 employment contracts for new hires, a mix of NDAs and service agreements, or any other combination from the eligible list. Your dedicated lawyer drafts each document to standard specifications.

Eligible documents include:

Employment & Contractors (7): Employment Contract – Full-Time; Employment Contract – Part-Time; Employment Contract – Casual; Independent Contractor Agreement; Director’s Agreement; Volunteer Agreement; Show Cause Letter (Employment).

Confidentiality & IP (4): Confidentiality Agreement (CA); Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA); IP Deed of Assignment (Related Party); IP Licensing Agreement (Related Party).
