Can I speak to the same lawyer?

Yes. With Legal Advice Plus you have your own dedicated lawyer who gets to know your business over time. Every call and email goes to the same person.

How does the $2,000 of legal work on us work?

When you join Legal Advice Plus, you receive a $2,000 credit that can be applied to any quoted legal work outside your plan inclusions – things like complex contract drafting, negotiation, or dispute letters. Your lawyer quotes the job, the credit is applied, and you pay nothing until it’s used up.

How does 50% off for life work?

Once your $2,000 credit is used, you continue to receive 50% off the quoted price of any legal work outside your plan for as long as you remain a Legal Advice Plus member. There’s no cap – every quoted job gets the discount.

What happens to my credit if I cancel?

The $2,000 credit and 50% discount are benefits of active membership. If you cancel your plan, unused credit and the ongoing discount do not carry over.

What's the difference between contract reviews in each plan?

Both plans include consultations where your lawyer can talk you through a contract, flag key risks, and advise on your position. Contract review as a standalone deliverable (a written memo or marked-up document) sits outside the consultation inclusions and is quoted separately – with Legal Advice Plus, your $2,000 credit and 50% off apply.

How do consultation times differ between the plans?

The standard Legal Advice Plan includes 30-minute consultations. Legal Advice Plus doubles this to 60 minutes per call, so you can work through more complex matters in a single session.

Can I email my lawyer between consultations?

Yes. Legal Advice Plus members have direct email access to their dedicated lawyer between calls.

What if I need work outside my consultations?

Complex work outside the plan inclusions is quoted by your dedicated lawyer at a discounted rate. With Legal Advice Plus, you have $2,000 of credit to use first, then pay just 50% of any quoted job for life.

Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of purchase and haven’t used a consultation or drawn on your credit, you can request immediate termination and a full refund. Conditions apply.

What legal matters are excluded?

Lawpath’s legal advice plans cover business law matters. Personal legal matters, criminal law, family law, and conveyancing are outside the scope of these plans.
