This is for you if you want us doing the work rather than doing it yourself – running your books and your finance function so you can focus on the business. It comes into its own once you are turning over more than $2m, or any time the finance side has outgrown doing it in-house.

From $900 a month with everything included, and we give you the real price once we have scoped your business. It is billed monthly or quarterly, whichever suits you, because the work moves with your business. Prices are in AUD and include GST.

Because every business is different – your transaction volume, headcount and the services you need all shape the work. We scope it with you, put a fixed price to it, and review it every three months so it tracks your business rather than drifting. Any bookkeeping backlog is quoted separately as a one-off, never absorbed into the ongoing fee.

It is about what you need done. It is the right fit once you are turning over more than $2m, or any time you would rather we ran your books and finances than do it yourself. It covers companies, trusts and sole traders, and we prepare and lodge the annual tax return for whichever structure you trade through. It is priced per entity, so each company, trust or sole trader we act for has its own plan.
