Her experience is focused on advising founders and startups throughout their business journey, from initial structuring to scaling for growth. Molly specialises in helping early-stage companies establish solid legal foundations that support their long-term vision and protect their innovations. She has experience and interest in managing investment rounds from term sheet negotiations through to completion, including drafting investment documents and modelling capitalisation table scenarios.

With expertise in preparing startups for investment readiness, Molly guides founders through the complexities of equity structures, employee share option plans, and the various legal considerations essential for attracting investors and scaling successfully.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand (2018), is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of Victoria. She currently holds a practicing certificate as a solicitor in New South Wales.
