She has experience and interest in managing investment rounds from term sheet negotiations through to completion, including drafting investment documents and modelling capitalisation table scenarios.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand (2018), is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of Victoria. She currently holds a practicing certificate as a solicitor in New South Wales.
