My extensive legal and business experience has been gained over 28 years. That legal knowledge is reinforced by solid commercial experience gained through acting as a senior executive, general counsel, co-founder, director, and company secretary of numerous entities.
I am also a technologist with my own registered blockchain patents (in the US and the EU), and for the past decade I have been a university lecturer in a Master of Computer Science course on the laws surrounding cryptocurrency and blockchain compliance. Research papers I have co-written on Smart Contracts have won major international awards.
